Welcome to 2011
I have decided to have a spring clean and consolidate my Astronomy and Photography Blog activities. As both of these are journeys and hobbies it makes sense to have them in one place and I think it is more interesting for the visitor. So on Astronomy what equipment do I have. As a total beginner to Astronomy I got a Sky Watcher 8 inch Dobsonian telescope after much research and again with the Poorman budget in mind. I have not been disappointed but there has been limitations.
I wanted something that was quick to set up and easy to use and this scope fulfilled that need. Young kids get impatient waiting to see things in the cold.
